Tender Description

Al Dana Amphitheatre wishes to appoint a company for catering events located at Al Dana Amphitheatre and other locations for artists and crew. The catering services will encompass providing high-quality meals and beverages tailored to the dietary requirements and preferences of the artists and crew members, ensuring prompt and efficient service during specified event times. The catering services will encompass providing high-quality meals and beverages tailored to the dietary requirements and preferences of the artists and crew members, ensuring prompt and efficient service during specified event times.

 

This tender will be structured as a call-off contract, where the bidder will be engaged under a call-off agreement to provide catering services for 20 and up to 30 events over a 12-month period for 3 years.

 

Mandatory Requirements

 

Letter of Compliance:

·         The Bidder must provide a Letter of Compliance confirming their commitment to meet all dietary requirements specified by Al Dana Amphitheatre. This includes, but is not limited to, lactose-free, gluten-free, allergy-friendly, sugar-free, vegetarian, vegan, pescetarian, nut-free, and low-sodium options.

·         Bidder must submit a valid certification for the following:

- HACCP Certificate

- ISO 22000 Certification

·         Food Safety Procedure:

The Bidder must provide a clear Food Safety Policy and Procedure that ensures all food is safely sourced, prepared, stored, handled, and served in line with local regulations and international standards like HACCP. It must also cover staff hygiene, pest control, and steps to prevent cross-contamination during production and service.

 

 

 

ترغب سركة مسرح الدانة في تعيين شركة لتقديم خدمات التموين للفعاليات المقامة في مسرح الدانة ومواقع أخرى، وذلك للفنانين وطاقم العمل. ستشمل خدمات التموين تقديم وجبات ومشروبات عالية الجودة، مصممة خصيصًا لتلبية المتطلبات الغذائية والتفضيلات الخاصة بالفنانين وطاقم العمل، مع ضمان تقديم خدمة سريعة وفعالة خلال أوقات الفعاليات المحددة

سيتم تنظيم هذا العطاء كعقد طلب عند الحاجةCall-off Contract، حيث سيتم التعاقد مع الجهة المقدمة للعطاء بموجب اتفاقية تتيح طلب خدمات التموين لحوالي 20 إلى 30 فعالية خلال فترة 12 شهرًا، ولمدة ثلاث سنوات.

 

المتطلبات الإلزامية

 

خطاب الالتزام:
يجب على مقدم العطاء تقديم خطاب التزام يؤكد فيه التزامه التام بتلبية جميع المتطلبات الغذائية المحددة من قبل مسرح الدانة. ويشمل ذلك - على سبيل المثال - خيارات خالية من اللاكتوز، خالية من الغلوتين، مناسبة لذوي الحساسية، خالية من السكر، نباتية، نباتية صارمة (فيغان)، بيسكاتارية (نباتية مع تناول الأسماك)، خالية من المكسرات، ومنخفضة الصوديوم.

 

يجب على مقدم العطاء تقديم شهادات سارية المفعول للآتي:

  • شهادة HACCP
  • شهادة ISO 22000

    إجراءات سلامة الأغذية
يجب على مقدم العطاء تقديم سياسة وإجراءات واضحة لسلامة الأغذية، تضمن أن يتم الحصول على الطعام وتحضيره وتخزينه والتعامل معه وتقديمه بطريقة آمنة ومتوافقة مع اللوائح المحلية والمعايير الدولية مثل HACCP. كما يجب أن تغطي السياسة نظافة العاملين، مكافحة الآفات، والإجراءات المتبعة لمنع التلوث المتبادل أثناء التحضير والتقديم.



How to Participate?

  • Those who are capable and wish to participate in the above tender have to purchase the Tender Documents online through the Bahrain Tender Board’s portal https://etendering.tenderboard.gov.bh starting from Monday, 01 September 2025
  • Bidders are requested to enclose with their bids the Initial Bond for the amount specified above or at the rate of 1% of the tender value whichever amount is lesser, provided that no initial bonds value shall be less than BD 100/-. (Except for the Two-envelope tenders).
  • For Two-envelope tenders, bidders, are requested to enclose with their bids the Initial Bond for the amount specified above.
  • The initial bond should be in the form of a Certified Cheque, Bank Guarantee, Insurance Policy or Cash (or as specified in the Tender Documents) valid for the duration specified above.
  • The bids deposit place: (As Mentioned in the Tender Documents)
  • This tender is subject to the provisions of the Tender Law issued by the Legislative Decree No. 36 of 2002, its amendments, and its Implementing Regulations issued by the Decree No. 37 of 2002.
  • In addition, these conditions have to be considered:
    • Enclose copy of a valid Commercial Registration Certificate (CR) in line with the tender's subject.
    • Enclose copy of a valid certificate of compliance with the employment percentages for Bahraini manpower (Bahranization Certificate) issued by the Ministry of Labour.
  • This advertisement is considered supplementary to the tender documents. In case of any discrepancy between the Advertisement and the Tender Document, the Tender Document prevails.
  • Small and Medium Enterprises are eligible to obtain 10% preference in the financial evaluation stage, when submitting the "SMEs Classification Certificate" during bidding for this tender. The certificate is awarded by Ministry of Industry Commerce and Tourism to the SMEs and can be obtained when applying on the SMEs Registration System which can be reached via the following link: https://www.moic.gov.bh/en/eServices/sme
