Qalali Waterfront General Cleaning & Maintenance Service
BTEA is seeking to appoint a professional general cleaning & maintenance company at Qalali Waterfront Project (Commercial Strip & Beaches) as described in this RFP, Scope of Work.
Please note that the below mentioned point is mandatory requirement:
· The bidder should have experience in similar waterfront and beach facilities with a minimum size of 250 meters, within the past 5 years.
· The bidder should submit a detailed KPI templet which will be used during the agreement term every 3 months.
· Bidder should provide a valid third-party liability insurance.
· Technical specifications of heavy and light vehicles should be submitted, and models should not be older than 2020.
If the bidder has no relevant CR activity as per the below - it will not be considered in this Tender, it be suspended and not evaluated:

خدمات تنظيف وصيانة عامة لمشروع الواجهة البحرية لساحل قلالي
تدعو هيئة البحرين للسياحة والمعارض الشركات المتخصصة لتقديم عرضها لمناقصة خدمات التنظيف والصيانة العامة في مشروع الواجهة البحرية لساحل قلالي حسب نطاق العمل الموضح في وثائق المناقصة.
على الشركات الراغبة في تقديم عروضها ان تستوفي الشروط الآتية:
• يجب أن يتمتع مقدم العرض بخبرة في مرافق الواجهة البحرية والشاطئ المماثلة بحد أدنى لمساحة 250 مترًا، خلال السنوات الخمس الماضية.
• يجب على مقدم العرض تقديم نموذج تفصيلي لمؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية والذي سيتم استخدامه خلال مدة الاتفاقية كل 3 أشهر.
• يجب على مقدم العرض تقديم تأمين ساري المفعول ضد مسؤولية الطرف الثالث.
• يجب تقديم المواصفات الفنية للمركبات الثقيلة والخفيفة، وألا يزيد عمر الموديلات عن 2020.
الانشطة التجارية المطلوبة وما يعادلها:
- أنشطة تنظيف المباني والتنظيف الصناعي الأخرى - مقاولات تنظيفات المرافق العامة والخاصة
-أنشطة متكاملة لدعم المرافق (لا يشمل الحراسة والأنشطة الأمنية)
