Tender Description

The Bahrain Authority for Culture and Antiquities seeks to rehabilitate four houses in the Al Qalaa area. The scope of work includes the supervision and implementation of the work. The vision of the Bahrain Authority for Culture and Antiquities is to make these houses an example for preservation, restoration, rehabilitation and operation. The project involves the finalizing of renovation and construction of four houses. For three of these houses, already underwent restoration and partial renovation, contractors are entrusted with executing, finishing works including paint works and Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) installations. However, one plot necessitates a distinct approach as it is slated for complete reconstruction. For this plot the Contractor is expected to undertake the full construction works, following the architectural plans and structural designs provided. This involves all stages of construction, from foundational groundwork to the finishing.

TENDER SUBJECT: RESUBMISSION - REHABILITATION OF AL-QAL'A HOUSES PROJECT Block 2

 

The Bahrain Authority for Culture and Antiquities seeks to rehabilitate four houses in the Al Qalaa area. The scope of work includes the supervision and implementation of the work. The vision of the Bahrain Authority for Culture and Antiquities is to make these houses an example for preservation, restoration, rehabilitation and operation.

The project involves the finalizing of renovation and construction of four houses. For three of these houses, already underwent restoration and partial renovation, contractors are entrusted with executing, finishing works including paint works and Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) installations. However, one plot necessitates a distinct approach as it is slated for complete reconstruction. For this plot the Contractor is expected to undertake the full construction works, following the architectural plans and structural designs provided. This involves all stages of construction, from foundational groundwork to the finishing.

  It is mandatory that the tenderer shall have past experience in undertaking similar projects and provide full details in support of the same with his submission under the technical bid, otherwise bid will be excluded (Tenderer will be disqualified). Any supplementary information shall be supplied when required to do so at the stage of tender evaluation.

تسعى هيئة البحرين للثقافة والآثار إلى إعادة تأهيل أربعة منازل في منطقة القلعة. يشمل نطاق العمل الإشراف على العمل وتنفيذه. وتتمثل رؤية هيئة البحرين للثقافة والآثار في جعل هذه البيوت نموذجاً للحفظ والترميم والتأهيل والتشغيل
