Government Hospitals are inviting bids from catering companies to provide food catering service to all Government Hospitals. The service involves preparing all menu types and categories to the patients, transportation of food to the sites and inside the hospitals operating on daily basis with core operation or serving timing between 7am and 7pm daily. Selected supplier or suppliers will serve one or more Government Hospitals sites as following: Site A: serving Salmaniya Medical Complex (SMC), Site B: serving Psychiatric Hospital, Jidhafs Maternity Hospital (JMH) and Ebrahim Khalil Kanoo Community Medical Center (EKK), and Site C: serving Muharraq Geriatric Hospital (MGH), Multiple Sclerosis Center (MSC) and Abdulrahman Kanoo Kidney Dialysis Center (ARK).
Mandatory Criteria:
1. The bidder must provide evidence of +5 Years experience in Catering Services.
2. The bidder must provide evidence of providing 1 dietitian during the contract period.
3. The bidder must provide evidence of valid health check-ups for all kitchen staff.
4. The bidder must provide evidence of availability of a Contingency Plan in case of operations’ disruption.
