توريد وتسليم أنابيب المبادلات الحرارية لوحدة التكسير التحفيزي لدى شركة بابكو للتكرير مع التأكد من أن جميع الأنابيب تفي بالمعايير المحددة من حيث المواد والجودة والمتطلبات الفنية وذلك حسب الملف رقم 1 المواصفات ونطاق العمل يكون مقدم العطاء مسؤولاً عن اختبارات الجودة، ووضع العلامات المناسبة والتغليف الآمن وتقديم جميع الوثائق والشهادات المطلوبة ذات الصلة
Scope of work (English):
To offer supply and deliver heat exchanger tubes for the Fluid Catalytic Cracking Unit ensuring all tubes meet specified material quality and technical standards as per File No 1 Specification and Scope of Work The supplier is responsible for quality testing proper marking secure packaging and providing all required documentation and certificates
,Mandatory Criteria:
The Bidder must clearly confirm that they will follow all the requirements listed in the Material Specification, which can be found in File No. 1 (Specification and Scope of Work).
The Bidder should read the document carefully and make sure they understand everything that is needed for the job. The Bidder’s confirmation should show that they are able and willing to meet all the technical, quality, and performance standards mentioned in File No. 1. The Bidder should state that all the materials or products they provide will fully match what is described in File No. 1. There should be no changes or exceptions unless deviations are specified and clearly stated. If the Bidder wants to suggest any changes or has alternative proposals, they must clearly mention these in their submission and provide proper justification.
Bapco Refining has the right to reject any bid that does not clearly show compliance with the requirements. By confirming compliance, the Bidder is showing that they understand what is needed in the tender and that they are responsible for delivering everything as described in the specifications.
