Title: Refinery Clinic HVAC Replacement
Scope of work: Bapco Refining seeks a local public tender for the procurement, installation and commissioning of Bapco Refining Refinery Clinic’s Heat, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) System.

,MANDATORY CRITERIA:
1.1 EXPERIENCE- Engineering, Procurement, Supply, Fabrication, Installation, Testing & Commissioning:
Bidder shall have a minimum of 10 years of proven experience consisting of construction of HVAC system including procurement, supply & selection of all material, equipment, installation, testing and commissioning of HVAC system in accordance with latest international standards such as ASHRAE, SMACNA, CIBSE etc. The HVAC system may include but shall not be limited to Direct Expansion (DX) Package Air Conditioning Units, Variable Air Volume System, all ducting, HEPA Filters and UV Lights, heater/dehumidifier, and exhaust fans, for medical/clinical applications.
Bidder shall submit the relevant supporting documents establishing and proving their relevant experience mentioned above, including the title of the contract, client name & contact details, value of the work, status- in progress/ completed, start date & completion date of contract, Completion Certificate/ Credentials issued by Client etc.
1.2 SUPERVISION AND MANPOWER - Minimum requirement
The BIDDER SHALL have in its organization under its direct sponsorship and full-time employment a minimum of the following experienced and qualified manpower with required tools, meeting the requirements mentioned in Tender Specifications.
BIDDER shall fill and submit the necessary documentary evidence consisting of CVs of the manpower showing their relevant experience, copies of CPR and CPR Smart Print confirming their availability under Bidder’s sponsorship and full-time employment, as specified in the Tender Specifications

MANDATORY
,1.3 NUMBER AND VALUE OF HVAC PROJECTS COMPLETED:
Bidder shall have successfully completed during the period of last 10 years in the Oil and Gas industry and/or similar either:
• One HVAC Project on EPC basis complying with NHRA/ASHRAE standards for medical/clinical applications, of value not less than BHD 60,000 OR
• Two HVAC Project on EPC basis complying with NHRA/ASHRAE standards for medical/clinical applications, of value not less than BHD 30,000.
Bidder shall submit the relevant supporting documents establishing and proving that they have successfully completed the project(s), in the form of attested copies Purchase Orders/Contracts and Credentials from the Clients.
Bidder shall also submit the contact details of the Clients, for verification, site visit and confirmation by BAPCO.
Non-submission of any of the information will result in the disqualification of the bid
1.4 HEALTH, SAFETY & ENVIRONMENT:
• Bidder shall have a valid ISO 45001 for HVAC works, OR
• Bidder shall have and submit its established and fully auditable Occupational Health & Safety Management System for HVAC works
Non-submission of any relevant and appropriate documents would result in DISQUALIFICATION of the bid, without any further correspondence.
,1.5 QUALITY:
• Bidder shall have and submit valid ISO 9001 Certificate for HVAC works -OR Bidder shall have and submit its Quality Policy and its fully auditable Quality Management System (QMS) based on ISO 9001, including the Context of the Organization, Leadership, Planning, Support, Operation, Performance evaluation and Improvement.
