| BAC throughthis RFP is seeking proposals from bidders for an Annual Maintenance Contract(AMC) to conduct the maintenance activities of several assets related to AirConditioning End Units (DC and chilled Water), Pumps, RO Plants, Water Tanks,Chiller Plants, Ground Support Equipment (GSE) as well as infrastructurepipeline and lifting stations. BAC has detailed the necessary specificationsin this RFP and the successful bidder is expected to meet these requirementsas outlined. A thorough review of the document is recommended to ensure fullunderstanding and adherence to the specified criteria. MandatoryRequirements The Bidders shall meet the following mandatory requirements qualifyfor the technical and financial evaluation. - Bidder to submit GOSI certificate to verify that allthe staff are on his payroll.
- All BOQ to be filled comprehensively in Appendix (2).
- The bidder shall submit an audited financialstatement for the year of 2022 and 2023.
- The bidder shall participate in a site visit to seethe working areas, site, etc.
