BAC through this RFP intends to initiate a tender between local vehicles leasing companies or agents who have a business focused on leasing luxury vehicles for VIPs, business leaders as well as international exhibitions and conferences etc., in addition to taking responsibility of the registration, insurance, maintenance, fixing and branding [one time supply] of those vehicles at no additional cost throughout a contract term of Three (3) years
Mandatory requirement:
1. The bidder must have a 24/7 response team and appoint account Manager who is the point of contact for any issues or inquiries by BAC.
2. The bidder must comply with brands listed in (Appendix 4D) which are:
BMW 740 - long wheelbase
Mercedes S 500 - long wheelbase
Audi A8 long wheelbase
a- Vehicle should be latest model 2024-2025
b- Exterior black color and interior leather camel brown.
3. The bidder must complete the BOQ listed in (Appendix 4C)
4. Bidder to comply with the specifications in section (Appendix 4D, 4E and 4F)
5. Bidder responsibility of the registration, insurance, maintenance breakdowns, electrical breakdowns, accident repairs and Tyres change (when needed), fixing and branding [one time supply] of those vehicles at no additional cost throughout the contract term.
تعتزم شركة مطار البحرين من خلال طلب تقديم العروض هذا إطلاق مناقصة بين شركات تأجير المركبات المحلية أو الوكلاء الذين لديهم أعمال تركز على تأجير المركبات الفاخرة لكبار الشخصيات وكبار رجال الأعمال وكذلك المعارض والمؤتمرات الدولية وما إلى ذلك، بالإضافة إلى تحمل مسؤولية التسجيل والتأمين. والصيانة والإصلاح ووضع العلامات التجارية [توريد مرة واحدة] لتلك المركبات دون أي تكلفة إضافية طوال مدة العقد البالغة ثلاث (3) سنوات
الشروط الإلزامية:
1. يجب أن يكون لدى مقدم العطاء فريق استجابة 24/7 وتعيين مدير حساب يكون نقطة الاتصال لأية قضايا أو استفسارات من قبل BAC.
2. 2يجب على مقدم العطاء الالتزام بالعلامات التجارية المدرجة في (الملحق 4 د) وهي:
· BMW 740 - قاعدة عجلات طويلة
· مرسيدس S 500 - قاعدة عجلات طويلة
· أودي A8 قاعدة عجلات طويلة
· أن تكون المركبة أحدث موديل 2024-2025
· اللون الخارجي أسود وجلد داخلي بني جملي.
3. . يجب على مقدم العطاء إكمال جدول الكميات المدرج في (الملحق 4 ج)
4. يلتزم مقدم العطاء بالمواصفات الواردة في القسم (الملحق 4D و 4E و 4F)
5. مسؤولية مقدم العطاء عن التسجيل والتأمين وأعطال الصيانة والأعطال الكهربائية وإصلاح الحوادث وتغيير الإطارات (عند الحاجة) وإصلاح وتمييز تلك المركبات [توريد لمرة واحدة] دون أي تكلفة إضافية طوال مدة العقد
