Provision of Point-to-Point MPLS Connectivity for Exhibition World Bahrain

 BTEA invites responses Tenders, to this Request for Proposals RFP from entities institutions Bidders for Provision of Point to Point MPLS Connectivity, For Exhibition World Bahrain as described in this RFP, Scope of Work.

 Please note the below mentioned points are mandatory requirements, the supplier who will not be compliant to the below points will be disqualify from the tender: 

·        If the bidder has no relevant CR activity as per the below-mentioned SOW - it will not be considered in this tender, it be suspended and not evaluated.

·        The Company or the Establishment that bought the tender documents shall submit the tender, and all required documents, by itself and with the Commercial Registration in which it bought the tender documents. In case the Company or the Establishment intends to submit its bid or any other required documents through others, an authorization to that effect shall be accompanied with bid, otherwise the bid will not be accepted. For more explanation, a claim that the Company submitted the bid, or a document is a branch, a shareholder, a holding company, or an agent of the Company that bought the tender documents will not be accepted.

·        Years of Experience in the Field (Having less than 10 years’ experience in the field shall lead to disqualification from the tender)

·        Past Projects within the last 5 years (Submitting less than 5 projects with similar scope shall lead to disqualification from the tender)

·        Quality and experience of engineers (Submitting less than 2 CCIE certified engineers shall lead to disqualification from the tender)

توفير خدمة خط مباشر    P2P لمركز البحرين العالمي للمعارض

 تدعو هيئة البحرين للسياحة والمعارض الشركات المتخصصة لتقديم عرضها لمناقصة توفير خدمة الخط المباشر P2P  عن طريق الالياف البصرية او الضوئية حسب نطاق العمل المذكور في  وثائق المناقصة.

على الشركات الراغبة في تقديم عروضها ان تستوفي الشروط التالية:

-         مطابقة فرع سجلها التجاري لنشاط نطاق العمل المطلوب حسب ماهو مذكور في وثائق المناقصة : يجب ان تقوم الشركة او الموسسة  مشترية وثائق المناقصة بتقديم العطاء وكافة المستندات باسمها وبرقم سجلها التجاري ( والفرع)  الذي اشترت به وثائق المناقصة وفي حال تفويض غيرها في تقديم العطاء او اي من المستندات المطلوب فيجب ان يكون العطاء مصحوبا بتفويض لتقديم العطاء أو المستندات، ولايقبل اي عطاء او مستند مقدم من شركة أو مؤسسة لم تشتر وثائق المناقصة ولم ترفق بالعطاء تفويضا بتقديمة، ولمزيد من التوضيح فإنه لايقبل الادعاء بان الشركة مقدمة العطاء أو المستند هي فرع للشركة مشترية الوثائق او مساهمه فيها أو قابضة لها أو وكية عنها حال عدم تقديم التفويض المذكور مع العطاء.

-         تجاوز سنوات خبرتها ال 10 سنوات ( سيتم استبعاد ماهو أدنى من ذلك)

-         تجاوز عدد المشاريع السابقة المماثلة لنمط المشروع ب 5 سنوات ( سيتم استبعاد ماهو أدنى من ذلك)

-         تجاوز امتلاكها عدد 2  من خبراء مهندسين CIEE ( سيتم استبعاد ماهو أدنى من ذلك)
