MYS is in process to publish a tender for the Construction of Two 105x68m Natural Grass Court at Isa Sports City. The Works shall be carried out in accordance with this scope of work and schedule of rate, relevant drawings as attached and in compliance with the site conditions and measurements for including all the following works below:
1. Clearing the site of all debris currently located on site and supplying and filling of suitable materials to raise the existing ground level. Grading the ground with the required slope for the construction of new grounds
2. Construction and completion of the two new natural grass playgrounds that complies with FIFA standards 68m wide X 105m long playing area, placed in north-south direction. The construction of the grass playing pitches shall include the irrigation system, subsoil drainage system, excavation, backfilling, planting, and commissioning. It should also include field setting out and field markings for the goal area, penalty area, center area, corner arc etc., are to be marked as per FIFA standards.
3. Installation of the new pole lighting for the football ground, including all related builder’s work.
4. Supply and fix blockwork and fencing work with gates around the courts.
5. Supply and fix new football accessories including all related builder’s work.
6. Construction of pump room, electrical room, and water tanks storage area, including all architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical works.
7. (Optional Item) Maintenance of the two natural football ground grass for one-year period from the date of practical completion. (water for irrigation shall be supplied by the client.)
8. All other items as per site plan layout as indicated on drawings, such as interlock paving bricks, precast concrete kerbs, etc..
All the previous works shall be as per the site layout.
