The Bidder should hold a prequalification license from the Ministry of Works. Only companies registered under Construction category with grade AA, A, B and C can apply. GH engineer has the right to disqualify any of the bidders that are not registered under these grades. The prequalification certificate should be valid on the date of the issuance of the tender.
