The performance of the Work by Contractor shall include, but not be limited to, the provision of water wells drilling and maintenance services. The Work comprises of drilling water source wells from aquifer C and repair and maintenance services for the existing water wells for the Term of the Contract. The proposed contract shall be for a duration of five (5) years.

Vendors should pass all the criteria in "Mandatory Criteria" section to get evaluation chance in "Scoring Criteria" section.
Technical Criteria Score = 30% (out of which 10% is allocated to HSE Evaluation)
Commercial Score = 70%
Rates to be provided to get a total Contract value for five (05) years
All required supporting documents to be provided.
Following Mandatory Criteria shall apply on Pass/Fail basis:
- Bidder has completed the HSE Questionnaire with acceptable responses and supported with necessary documents as evidences.
- Bidder to submit HSE Accreditations- List accreditations OHSAS 18001, ISO 45001.
- Bidder shall have Quality Assurance System implemented in compliance with acceptable international standards (ISO, API, BS, etc.). Quality manual shall be submitted with complete list of procedures.
- Bidder to confirm by letter ability of provide lump sum service (material & service) per tender full SOW exhibit A 1.2 for drilling & maintenance of water wells.
- Bidder to submit a pass inspection report from a certified inspection firm for the offered rig/s and equipment.
- Bidder to submit proof of drilling of minimum five (5) water wells in GCC in the past five (5) years (Copy of contract or PO).
