نطاق التوريد يشمل:

1-التصميم الميكانيكي لحزَم الأنابيب ومكوّنات المبادلاتالحرارية.
2-شراء المواد الخام وتصنيع حزَم الأنابيب ومكوّناتالمبادلات الحرارية.
3-مراقبة الجودة، الفحص والاختبار بما في ذلك اختبار الضغطالهيدروستاتيكي وفقًاللرسومات والأكواد والمعايير.
4-تعبئة، شحن ونقل حزَم الأنابيب ومكوّنات المبادلاتالحرارية .
5-إعداد وتقديم الرسومات والمستندات الخاصة بالأصنافالمذكورة أعلاه.
6- ضمان التصميم و التصنيع

Procurement of Tube Bundles and Heat Exchangers Components for 4ACDU 2027 T&I

The scope of supply comprises:

1-Mechanical Design of Tube Bundlesand heat exchangers components.
2-Procurement of raw materials,fabrication of tube bundles and heat exchangers components
3-Quality control, inspection andtesting, including hydrotest, as per drawings, codes and standards
4-Packing, Shipping andTransportation of the ordered items.
5-Preparation and submittal ofdrawings and documents for the above items.
6-Design and Manufacturing guarantee.

Mandatory Criteria (Arabic):

يجبأن يكون مقدم العطاء قد قام بتصنيع وتوريد ما لا يقل عن حزمتين من أنابيبالمبادلات الحرارية للخدمة الهيدروكربونية خلال السنوات الست (6) الماضية فيصناعة النفط والغاز أو صناعة البتروكيماويات.

يجب على مقدم العطاء تقديم قائمة بالمشاريع المنفذة مع سنة التوريد/تاريخ الإنجاز وفقًا للمعايير المذكورة أعلاه. كما يجب على مقدم العطاء تقديم واحد على الأقل من أشكال الإثبات المقبولة التالية للمشاريع المنفذة:

خطاب مرجعي من العميل
شهادة إتمام العمل صادرة من العميل
أمر شراء غير مسعّر

ملاحظة: في حالة التعاقد مع طرف ثالث لتنفيذ أنشطة التصنيع ، يجب أن تلتزم شركة التصنيع بالمعايير المذكورة أعلاه.

يجب على مقدم العطاء تأكيد الالتزام بجدول تسليم الموادبحيث لا يتجاوز 36 أسبوعًا من تاريخ أمر الشراء.

Mandatory Criteria (English):

1 Bidder shall have fabricated and supplied a minimum of 2 Heat Exchanger Tube Bundle(s) for Hydrocarbon service during the last 6(six) years in the Oil and Gas or Petrochemical Industry.

The Bidder shall provide a list of their executed Projects with year of supply/completion date meeting the above criteria. The Bidder shall also provide at least one of the following acceptable forms of proof for projects carried out:

• Client letter(s) of reference

• Job completion certificate(s) issued by the client

• Unpriced Purchase Order(s)

Note: In case of subcontracting the fabrication activities to a third-party fabrication company, the above mentioned criteria shall be complied to by the third party fabrication company.

2. Bidder shall confirm compliance with the Material Delivery Timeline not exceeding 36 weeks from the PO date.

How to Participate?

Those who are capable and wish to participate in the above tender have to purchase the Tender Documents online through the Bahrain Tender Board’s portal https://etendering.tenderboard.gov.bh starting from Thursday, 27 November 2025
Bidders are requested to enclose with their bids the Initial Bond for the amount specified above or at the rate of 1% of the tender value whichever amount is lesser, provided that no initial bonds value shall be less than BD 100/-. (Except for the Two-envelope tenders).
For Two-envelope tenders, bidders, are requested to enclose with their bids the Initial Bond for the amount specified above.
The initial bond should be in the form of a Certified Cheque, Bank Guarantee, Insurance Policy or Cash (or as specified in the Tender Documents) valid for the duration specified above.
The bids deposit place: (As Mentioned in the Tender Documents)
This tender is subject to the provisions of the Tender Law issued by the Legislative Decree No. 36 of 2002, its amendments, and its Implementing Regulations issued by the Decree No. 37 of 2002.
In addition, these conditions have to be considered:
- Enclose copy of a valid Commercial Registration Certificate (CR) in line with the tender's subject.
- Enclose copy of a valid certificate of compliance with the employment percentages for Bahraini manpower (Bahranization Certificate) issued by the Ministry of Labour.
This advertisement is considered supplementary to the tender documents. In case of any discrepancy between the Advertisement and the Tender Document, the Tender Document prevails.
Small and Medium Enterprises are eligible to obtain 10% preference in the financial evaluation stage, when submitting the "SMEs Classification Certificate" during bidding for this tender. The certificate is awarded by Ministry of Industry Commerce and Tourism to the SMEs and can be obtained when applying on the SMEs Registration System which can be reached via the following link: https://www.moic.gov.bh/en/eServices/sme
