| BIDDERs must have previously successfully undertaken at least 3clients, like Ministries OR Oil and Gas industries, commercial or recreational, where similar janitorial services were provided during the last5 years in the Gulf region. The supervisors must have an experience of 5years in the Gulf region and shall be fluent in English. They should currently be employed full-time in providing cleaning services to public places and offices for the projects currently undertaken by the bidder. | HEALTH, SAFETY& ENVIRONMENT |
| 1) Fully auditable and active HSE Policy, HSE Procedures relevant to onsite activities and Safety Training Plan in operation within their organization |
| 2) BIDDERS SHALL have in their full time employment, as part of their company overhead structure, a minimum of 1 Safety Officer. Copy of CV including certificates for the above and proof of employment in the form of Bahrain CPR or National Identity Cards of the person shall be submitted along with the bid documents. |

سياسة الصحة والسلامة والبيئة القابلة للتدقيق والنشطة،وإجراءات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة ذات الصلة بالأنشطة في الموقع وخطة تدريبالسلامة قيد التشغيل داخل منظمتهم. |
يجب أن يكون لدى مقدمي العروض في توظيفهم بدوام كامل، كجزءمن هيكل النفقات العامة لشركتهم، ما لا يقل عن ضابط سلامة واحد. يجب تقديم نسخةمن السيرة الذاتية بما في ذلك الشهادات المتعلقة بما سبق وإثبات التوظيف في شكلبطاقة الهوية الوطنية أو بطاقة الهوية البحرينية للشخص مع وثائق العرض. |
