Tender Description
Supply, Installation, Testing, and Commissioning of CCTV Surveillance System for Bahrain Polytechnic Campus A and Campus B the Contractor shall design, supply, install, test , and commission a modern IP based CCTV surveillance system for Bahrain Polytechnic Campus A and the Bahrain Training Institute Campus B. The system shall replace all existing legacy systems,comply with MOI Bahrain regulations and international standards, and provide advanced AI features such as people counting, face recognition ,and vehicle analytics. Note on Mandatory Requirements : - An official certificate from the manufacturer confirming that the vendor is an approved system integrator for the proposed CCTV VMS platform. - Attendance at the mandatory site visit, are required prerequisites for evaluation. - Proposals that do not provide the manufacturers certificate or evidence of site visit attendance will be disqualified and will not be evaluated further.

توريد و تركيب و تشغيل نظام كاميرات المراقبة CCTV في البحرين بوليتكنك Campus A و معهد البحرين للتدريب Campus B. يلتزم المقاول بتصميم و توريد و تركيب و اختبار و تشغيل نظام CCTV حديث يعمل عبر بروتوكول IP . سيقوم النظام باستبدال الأنظمة القديمة بالكامل ، و يجب أن يتوافق مع لوائح وزارة الداخلية في البحرين و المعايير الدولية. كما يجب أن يوفر ميزات الذكاء الاصطناعي مثل : عدّ الأشخاص ، التعرف على الوجوه ، و تحليل حركة المركبات. ملاحظات المتطلبات الإلزامية : • تقديم شهادة رسمية من الشركة المُصنّعة تؤكد أن المورّد مُعتمد كمنفّذ نظام Integrator لمنصة CCTV VMS المقترحة. • حضور زيارة الموقع الإلزامية شرطٌ أساسي للتأهل للتقييم. • أي عرض لا يتضمن شهادة المُصنّع أو إثبات حضور زيارة الموقع سيتم استبعاده و لن يتم تقييمه.
