4. Non-submission of mandatory documents (Schedule of guarantee dully filled-in and endorsed/stamped by both manufacturer and vendor, Relevant Technical drawings, Material Certificates, Any other documents to support the offer as per EDD) will re tender the offer null and void (rejected).
