Annual Contract for Integrated Pest Management Services at BIA

BAC through this RFP is seeking proposals from bidders for proving pest management and pest control services at all BIA facilities as specified in this document. BAC has provided in this RFP the specifications, SLA and KPIs required and the Successful Bidder is expected to cover the requirements as specified. This RFP should be read carefully, and all requirements should be clearly met.

  1. The bidder shall participate in the Tender site visit. A proof of site visit certified by BAC after attending the site visit shall be submitted along with the bid to demonstrate that the bidder complied with this requirements.
  2. The bidder should have minimum of 5 years’ experience in the field of building pest control services on annual contract basis. To prove this eligibility criteria, the bidder shall submit list of all contracts worked past 5years with client name, contract title, contract value, start and end date and client contact information.
  3. The bidder shall demonstrate a minimum revenue from contract pest control services amounting to not less than BD 200,000 annual revenue in 2023.
  4. The bidder shall complete and fill each line of the BOQ items, Schedule of Unit Rates with prices without omission and/or deletion and shall not use statement ‘included’, ‘n/a’ or left blank or any other statement other than price in number.

تسعى شركة مطار البحرين من خلال هذه المناقصة للحصول على عطاءات لتقديم خدمات إدارة ومكافحة الآفات في جميع مرافق مطار البحرين الدولي كما هو موضح في هذه المناقصة

لقد قدمت شركة مطار البحرين في هذه المناقصة المواصفات و اتفاقية مستوى الخدمة و مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية المطلوبة و يتوقع من مقدم العطاء الناجح تغطية المتطلبات كما هو محدد

يجب على مقدمي العطاءات تلبية المتطلبات الإلزامية التالية:

  1. يجب على مقدم العطاء المشاركة في زيارة المواقع الخاصة بالمناقصة. يجب تقديم دليل على زيارة الموقع معتمد منشركة مطار البحرين بعد حضور الزيارة، وتقديمه مع العطاء لإثبات المقدما لعطاء لهذا المتطلب.
  2. يجب أن يكون لدى مقدم العطاءخبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مجال خدمات مكافحة الآفات للمباني على أساس عقود سنوية. لإثبات هذه المعايير الأهلية، يجب على مقدم العطاء تقديم قائمة بجميع العقود التي تم العمل عليها خلال السنوات الخمس الماضية، مع ذكر اسما لعميل، عنوان العقد، قيمة العقد، تاريخ البدء والانتهاء، ومعلومات الاتصال بالعميل.

  3. يجب على مقدم العطاء إثبات أن لديه إيرادات سنوية من عقود خدمات مكافحة الآفات لا تقل عن 200,000ديناربحريني في عام 2023.
  4. يجب على مقدم العطاء اكمال و ملء جدول الكميات و عدم استخدام عبرات مثل "مشمولة", "غيرمتاح" او اي بيان بخلاف السعر و في الدينار البحريني 


How to Participate?

  • Those who are capable and wish to participate in the above tender have to purchase the Tender Documents online through the Bahrain Tender Board’s portal https://etendering.tenderboard.gov.bh starting from Thursday, 26 September 2024
  • Bidders are requested to enclose with their bids the Initial Bond for the amount specified above or at the rate of 1% of the tender value whichever amount is lesser, provided that no initial bonds value shall be less than BD 100/-. (Except for the Two-envelope tenders).
  • For Two-envelope tenders, bidders, are requested to enclose with their bids the Initial Bond for the amount specified above.
  • The initial bond should be in the form of a Certified Cheque, Bank Guarantee, Insurance Policy or Cash (or as specified in the Tender Documents) valid for the duration specified above.
  • The bids deposit place: (As Mentioned in the Tender Documents)
  • This tender is subject to the provisions of the Tender Law issued by the Legislative Decree No. 36 of 2002, its amendments, and its Implementing Regulations issued by the Decree No. 37 of 2002.
  • In addition, these conditions have to be considered:
    • Enclose copy of a valid Commercial Registration Certificate (CR) in line with the tender's subject.
    • Enclose copy of a valid certificate of compliance with the employment percentages for Bahraini manpower (Bahranization Certificate) issued by the Ministry of Labour.
  • This advertisement is considered supplementary to the tender documents. In case of any discrepancy between the Advertisement and the Tender Document, the Tender Document prevails.
  • Small and Medium Enterprises are eligible to obtain 10% preference in the financial evaluation stage, when submitting the "SMEs Classification Certificate" during bidding for this tender. The certificate is awarded by Ministry of Industry Commerce and Tourism to the SMEs and can be obtained when applying on the SMEs Registration System which can be reached via the following link: https://www.moic.gov.bh/en/eServices/sme
