The Contractor’s performance of the Work shall include, but not be limited to, the provision of tools, personnel, chemicals and services for coiled tubing services on call-out basis, including coiled tubing units, nitrogen pumping units, fluid pumping units, flow back, well test equipment, sand management system, through tubing tools (logging, fishing and milling) and certified acid chemical additives and high pressure rotation jetting/washing tools to clean scale. The proposed contract shall be for a duration of five (5) years.

Vendors should pass all the criteria in "Mandatory Criteria" section to get evaluation chance in "Scoring Criteria" section.

 Technical Criteria Score = 60% (out of which 10% is allocated to HSE Evaluation with a minimum 45 points to be scored out of 68 points in the HSE Questionnaire)

 Commercial Score = 40%

 Rates to be provided to get a total Contract value for five (05) years

 All required supporting documents to be provided.

Following Mandatory Criteria shall apply on Pass/Fail basis:

1. The Bidder has a minimum of 5 year experience for the provision of coiled tubing and flowback services. Bidder to provide required evidence.
2. The Bidder has the capability to provide the required services independently. Bidder to provide required evidence.
3. Third party services required by the Bidder are limited to maximum 10% of the contract scope with an authorization letter to proceed. Bidder to provide required evidence and authorization letter.
4. Third party is required to provide test reports, TDS and MSDS for the chemicals. Bidder to provide required evidence.
5. Bidder has coiled tubing and flowback activities currently in the Middle East region. Bidder to provide required evidence.
6. Bidder shall have Quality Assurance System implemented in compliance with acceptable international standards (ISO, API, BS, etc.). Quality manual shall be submitted with complete list of procedures.
7. Bidder has completed the HSE Questionnaire with acceptable responses and supported with necessary documents as evidences.
8. Confirm your Company has a formalised Safety Management System in place. Bidder to provide required evidence.
9. Submission of the last three (3) years audited financial statements with Clean(unqualified) Audit Opinion.
