Bapco Upstream is Publishing Prequalification invitation for the Prequalification for the Supply of Stud Bolt.The scope of work for Manufacturer with respect to the Stud Bolt shall include but not limited to Design & Engineering (if any for any speciality fittings), Supplier & Sub Supplier Drawing Review Manufacturing & Testing, Documentation and Drawings. Painting & rust proof coating. In addition to above mentioned details, Applicant to meet the Bapco Upstream Specifications, site design and data condition attached to the Prequalification documents.

Mandatory Criteria ( PASS /FAIL)
1.Applicant's
offered product is approved in Oil and Gas companies within GCC for supply of similar tender package requirements. Bidder has submitted a copy of the latest approval letter or recent order/contracts 2. Applicant's to provide proof of evidence (minimum 3 Years) in supply/manufacturing of Stud Bolts as per the scope of works provided in the tender package. Bidder has submitted a copy of recent orders as a proof of evidence.
3. Applicant's is certified and operates an effective documented quality management system based on the requirements of ISO 9001:2015, or a COMPANY approved equivalent such as ASME or API. Bidder has submitted the Certification as per the requirements
4. Applicant's has submitted a detailed company profile/catalog demonstrating their capabilities like design, manufacturing and testing including organization chart and workforce
5. Applicant should submit the last three year audited financial report ( signed and stamped)
