TRA would like to develop a new Human Resources Management System (HRMS) system that covers all the requirements and specification stipulated in this RFP. In addition, transfer smoothly all the data from the current HRMS system to the new HRMS system as well as to integrate the new HRMS system with the TRA’s other systems.
The objective of this RFP is to appoint a company that is capable to develop and replace the current HRMS system with a new user-friendly system to handle and control the HRMS system. Such replacement should include the required migration of data and integration with other TRA systems as more detailed in this RFP.
