Evaluation Criteria
The evaluation methodology reflects the complex and critical nature of the service and will ensure that the bidders are comprehensively evaluated to prove the technical capability. The evaluation criteria is summarized as follows:
· Technical Evaluation – (20%)
o Part I: Mandatory Criteria
Critical pass/fail that relates to Tatweer Petroleum’s strict standards and compliance. Only the bidders that pass this mandatory section will move forward to be evaluated under Part II.
o Part II: Scoring Criteria
The scoring criteria requirement will account for 20% of the total evaluation score.
