The scope of work will encompass multiple tasks, including but not limited to the provision of permanent power solutions for various components such as oil wells (Beam Pump Units), gas wells, compression facilities, and well manifolds.

Mandatory Technical Evaluation Criteria
- Bidder shall have at least ten (10)years of work experience, either locally or regionally in carrying outmajor Electrical projects in the Oil & gas or petrochemical industry,as a regular business.
- Bidder shall have at least Seven (7)years’ experience & sound technical knowledge in all aspects of theHigh voltage works, High voltage (HV) over head electrical lines (OHL),Underground electrical HV cabling, Low Voltage (LV) works. Bidder mustsubmit details of all current and previous contracts & completioncertificates of completed works towards proving their experience in general.
- Shall have Bahrain based facilitiesand infrastructure comprising of office buildings, workshop, materialstorage facilities for OHL material related works and personnel.
- Shallhave suitable facilities for HV cable terminations with air-conditionedportable containers for the field & competent cable jointers. Shallhave Bahrain based capability for designing the overhead lines using PLSCAD software, the bidder shall submit the sufficient proof to prove theircapability & experience.
