The bidder must comply with the below mentioned mandatory criteria and must clearly show the supporting document. The MI reserves the right to reject any of the bidder unsuccessful to meet the below Mandatory Criteria Requirements (Table 1) and to comply with the General Terms and Instructions of this RFT.

Mandatory Terms:
1- The leasing company/bidder is obligated to pay the full dues to the Ministry for a period of 5 years in the event of submitting a request for withdrawal and terminating the contract concluded before the expiry of the agreed period for this project.
Activity Description of the Company in the Commercial Registration (CR) to be in compliance with the works description given in the AUCTION (CR MUST BE ATTACHED).
