Tatweer Cafe Catering Services (Three Years Term)
(Please attach all the important documents and certificates mentioned in the tender documents).
Prospective bidders will be required to present to the Company with a comprehensive
proposal setting out:
a) Services offered as well as proof of past experience in respect of catering
management and capacity/ability to manage catering services.
b) Accreditation Certificates: Certificate of acceptability for food premises.
c) Mode of transporting food to venue (types of cars used, attach photos of cars
to be used (if possible)
d) General hygiene requirements for food and transport of food: Certificate of
acceptability for food premises (a valid and certified copy of certificate to be
provided.
e) Contractor shall hold and continue to have relevant Commercial Registration
which includes the provision of catering services.
f) Bidder must meet all government and public health requirements (Adherence to local government and/or health requirements. Bidder to provide valid certificates).
g) Bidder has the necessary experience in similar project (Minimum 7 to 10 years’ experience) Bidder shall provide supporting documents as necessary
h) Certified and/or meet Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) Certificate,
preferable level 3.
i) HSE Accreditations-List accreditations OHSAS 18001, ISO 22000
J) Any other additional documents that will support the Company in evaluating the Bidder in accordance with the Evaluation Criteria described in Attachment 5 of Tender Submission Instruction documents.
