Project Brief:
The project include civil and structural maintenance works such as internal and external painting, cracks repair, repair of ceilings and floorings, repair and replacement of doors and windows and renovation of toilets. In addition to the above, the mechanical works such as development of water networks, replacement of water tanks and electrical works such as additional electrical power room, replacement of distribution boards, lights, and all associated works.

يتضمن المشروع تنفيذ أعمال الصيانة المدنية والإنشائية مثل الصباغة الداخلية والخارجية وصيانة التشققات وإصلاح الأسقف والأرضيات وإصلاح أو استبدال الأبواب والنوافذ وتجديد دورات المياه. بالإضافة إلى الأعمال الميكانيكية مثل تطوير شبكات المياه واستبدال خزانات المياه والأعمال الكهربائية مثل اعادة تأهيل غرفة الكهرباء واستبدال لوحات التوزيع الكهربائية والمصابيح وغيرها من الأعمال.

Tenderers shall note the following bellow mandatory requirements for this Tender in order to be considered for Technical & Financial Evaluation:
The bidder is required to do the following to be considered as fully compliant:
a- Stamp all the Tender Documents including, the Specifications, Bill of Quantities/Schedule of Rates, Drawings, etc.
b- Fill the required and requested information in the appendices form (sign and stamp are required for Appendices Form C, D & E & Form of Tender) without any conditions.
c- The bidder will be disqualified if, at the time of tender submission, has been awarded contracts that exceed a total of six (6) tenders for General Repair and Maintenance of Schools (published in 2023/2024)
NOTE: Only Prequalified Contractors, with valid Prequalification as mentioned in the Tender Advertisement on the Tender issue date are considered in Full Compliance. As such, any Tender submitted with an expired Pre-qualification License on the date this tender was issued is deemed as a non-compliant bid
متطلبات العطاء الإلزامية:
يجب على مقدمي العطاءات الالتزام بالمتطلبات التالية لهذه المناقصة قبل التقييم الفني والمالي:
يجب على مقدم العطاء القيام بما يلي ليتم اعتباره ملتزماً بشكل كامل:
أ- ختم جميع وثائق المناقصة بما في ذلك المواصفات وقائمة الكميات/جدول الأسعار والرسومات وما إلى ذلك.
ب- تعبئة المعلومات الإلزامية والمطلوبة في نموذج الملاحق (يلزم التوقيع والختم في ملاحق النموذج Appendices Form C, D & E & Form of Tender) دون أي شروط.
ج- سيكون المتقدم بالعطاء مستبعد من التقييم، في حال تمت الترسية للشركة بعدد (6) ستة مناقصات للصيانة الشاملة للمدارس الحكومية (تم طرحها في 2023/2024)
ملحوظة: فقط المقاولون المؤهلون مسبقًا، الذين لديهم تأهيل مسبق صالح كما هو مذكور في إعلان المناقصة في تاريخ إصدار المناقصة، يعتبرون في حالة امتثال كامل. وعلى هذا النحو، فإن أي عطاء مقدم برخصة تأهيل مسبق منتهية الصلاحية في تاريخ طرح المنافصة يعتبر عطاءً غير متواف مع شروط المناقصة.
